When I taught elementary school, one of the things we used to have the kids do to help them with adjectives was to make a list of adjectives, descriptive phrases and words that described them, what was important to them, etc. using each letter of the alphabet.  They could decorate the list however they wanted, using clippings from magazines.  It was a fun thing to do and it helped promote positive self-esteem and creativity, too.

I dare you to do it sometime.  It can be kind of fun to think of words and phrases uniquely "yours" for each letter of the alphabet.
